• General Labour: Site helpers,  deficiency clearing.

• Material Handling & Logistics: Receiving, unit distribution, elevator coordination, debris movement.

• Selective Demolition: Small demo, removals, site resets, junk/packing removal.

• Post-Construction & Turnover Cleaning: Rough, pre-final, final polish, dust control, site resets.

• Floor Protection & Surface Care: Install/maintain protection, adhesive cleanup, scratch guards.

• Seasonal / Exterior Support: Light snow shovelling, pressure washing, exterior tidying.

• Assist with preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

• Carry out tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed by supervisors.

• Traffic control and cones installations

• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Follow instructions from foremen or project managers to complete assigned tasks on time.

• Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as needed.
